Cabin Rental Policies & Rates

■ Double occupancy for a two-day weekend – $125 per night.

■ Double occupancy for one week visits -- $700 per week

■ Each additional adult guest -- $15 per night.

■ Children under 18 years of age -- No charge.

■ Dogs welcome -- $25 per visit.

■ Horses and mules welcome -- $25 per visit.

■ Cleaning fee -- $50 per visit.

■ Complementary Berriedale Farms grass-fed beef -- No charge.

■ Oak and hickory firewood, split and cured for fireplace and grilling pit -- No charge.

■ Inquire with Lizzie or Nelson about the possibility of early arrivals and/or late departures.

■ Note: that state and local taxes are not included in rate quotes.

■ Note: further that rates and fees are subject to change without notice.

■ No smoking in the Cabin.

■ No outdoor fires except in the grilling pit.

■ No cats in the Cabin.
 
■ No bear hunting with dogs.

■ No all terrain vehicles.

■ No dirt bikes.

■ No target practice or plinking.
