Our "Urban Wrangler" package of grass-fed beef weighs 25 pounds net just like at the grocery store and includes: succulent steaks, flavorful roasts, and the best ground beef-burger raised east of the Mississippi River. Please call or e-mail Nelson or Lizzie for our current year's price. UPS Overnight Ground delivery within a three-state area (Virginia, District of Columbia and Maryland), packaging and handling at modest cost. Each "Urban Wrangler" contains, with some small variations, the following cuts:

Berriedale Farms caters to health-conscious individuals, couples and families that want grass-fed beef both in manageable quantities and at economical prices. Our farm sells a 25-pound "Urban Wrangler" with a natural mix of steaks, roasts and ground beef. We sell a 100-pound "Quarter Steer" with the same natural mix of meat cuts. And Berriedale Farms sells a 25-pound "Plowboy Special" with ground beef and no other cuts. Please see the more detailed product descriptions below.

Quarter Steer:

Our down-on-the-farm "Quarter Steer" of a grass-fed beef weighs 100 pounds net just like at the grocery store including: succulent steaks, flavorful roasts, tender stew meat and the best ground beef-burger raised east of the Mississippi River. Please call or e-mail Nelson or Lizzie for our current year's price. Pick-up at Berriedale Farms and see first hand how we raise our Red Poll cattle. Alternatively, Lizzie and Nelson will coordinate two or more deliveries into the metropolitan area and deliver via Ford F-250 for a cost of 55 cents per mile one way. Each "Quarter Steer" contains, with some small variations, the following cuts.

Plowboy Special:

Our "Plowboy Special" of grass-fed ground beef-burger weighs 25 pounds net just like at the grocery store, and it's packed with the best tasting ground beef-burger raised east of the Mississippi River. Convenient one-pound packages. Please call or e-mail Nelson or Lizzie for our current year's price. UPS Overnight Ground delivery within the immediate tri-state area (Virginia, District of Columbia and Maryland), packaging and handling all at a modest cost. Each "Plowboy Special" contains, with some small variations, the following cuts:
